xЭтот необработанный чай Пуэр производится из широколистных чайных деревьев, выращенных в Юньнани в 2018 году. В отличие от традиционных блинов весом 357 г, он вручную изготавливается в очаровательных мини-блинах весом 10 г.
Наши чайные мастера изначально закупили эту партию на небольшом семейном плантации в отдалённом горном районе Сишуанбаньна. В то время листья были ещё в своей самой первоначальной форме — мао ча (непрессованные, рассыпные, сырые листья).
Маоча был тщательно обжарен в воке с точным контролем температуры, чтобы полностью удалить травяную горечь. С первой дегустации напиток оказался живым и ярким, с насыщенным ароматом диких гор, сбалансированным по вкусу и сладким, с длительным послевкусием, демонстрирующим отличный потенциал к выдержке.
Компания Chinese Tea Group приобрела в общей сложности 70 килограммов этого чайного сырья. Изначально чай был слегка терпким, а настою не хватало округлости. Его спокойно хранили на складе в чайном саду, позволяя ему естественным образом вызревать и постепенно завершать первый этап трансформации.
После семи лет выдержки этот шэн-пуэр утратил первоначальную терпкость и созрел. Он успешно прошёл через типичную 3–5-летнюю «неловкую фазу», в течение которой многие пуэры теряют аромат и вкус. Теперь настой крепкий и мягкий, с насыщенным вкусом, дополненным тонкими цветочными и фруктовыми нотками.
В 2021 году эти чаи были вручную изготовлены в мини-брикеты диаметром около 4 см и весом около 10 граммов каждая. Брикеты поставляются без какой-либо коммерческой упаковки, что идеально отражает истинную сущность времени и горного терруара.
В центре каждой лепёшки предусмотрена специальная выемка, позволяющая любителям чая, предпочитающим более лёгкий вкус, разделить одну лепёшку на две порции. Это позволяет легко контролировать крепость напитка и наслаждаться многослойными вариациями вкусов.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
