xЧай «Утиный помёт», также известный как «Аромат утиного помёта», — уникальный сорт улуна с необычным названием и долгой историей. Он произрастает на горе Феникс в провинции Гуандун, Китай.
Название «Аромат утиного помёта» отражает юмор местных чайных фермеров. Согласно легенде, это чайное дерево было посажено на жёлтой почве, прозванной «утиным помётом», а форма чайных листьев напоминает утиные лапки. Поэтому фермеры и дали ему такое необычное название. Благодаря своей самобытности он стал одним из самых ценных улунов, получив прозвище «аромат чая».
Чай Дань Цун – это полуферментированный чай, который изготавливается с особым вниманием к деталям. Самый важный этап – это опыт чайных фермеров, которые, опираясь на многолетний практический опыт, оценивают рост и состояние сезонных чайных листьев. На основе этой оценки они решают, создавать ли улун с лёгким ароматом или улун с насыщенным ароматом, гарантируя идеальное соответствие вкусового профиля характеристикам чая.
Наш улун «Duck Shit Aroma Dan Cong» изготовлен методом лёгкой обжарки, что позволяет получить улун с лёгким ароматом. Сухие листья плотные, пухлые и блестящие, с гладким маслянистым блеском. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
