xНазвание чая Тегуаньинь (Ти Гуань Инь) происходит от легенды о глубоко верующем человеке. Его аутентичный родина — уезд Аньси, расположенный на юго-востоке провинции Фуцзянь, где его выращивание и производство восходят к XVIII веку. Будучи одним из самых известных сортов улуна, название «Те Гуань Инь» воплощает в себе такие качества, как «стойкость и сострадание», отражая как богатое культурное наследие, так и дух своего тезки.
Согласно легенде, скромный крестьянин по имени Вэй обнаружил заброшенный храм, в котором находилась статуя Бодхисаттвы Гуаньинь. Несмотря на бедность, он усердно убирался в храме и регулярно приносил благовония. Однажды ночью Гуаньинь явилась ему во сне и провела его в скрытую пещеру, где росло редкое чайное растение. Вэй бережно выращивал растение, которое давало чайные листья с необыкновенным ароматом и насыщенным вкусом. В благодарность Бодхисаттве он назвал чай «Тегуаньинь». Слово «железо» (железо) символизирует силу и крепость чая. В то же время «Гуаньинь» (Гуаньинь) относится к Богине Милосердия, отражая силу чая и духовное вдохновение.
Наш улун Тегуаньинь из Аньси — лёгкий и ароматный, изготовленный с использованием короткой ферментации и мягкой обжарки. Этот чай, известный своим «прозрачным настоем и зелёными листьями», при заваривании раскрывает нежный аромат орхидеи. Его вкус исключительно мягкий и освежающий, с длительным сладковатым послевкусием, пленяющим нёбо. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
