This process requires precise control of time and temperature to ensure the chemical components are perfectly preserved, while avoiding any burnt or bitter taste. Rarely used in green tea production, this technique imparts a unique characteristic: the tea improves with age.
This high-temperature roasted loose-leaf green tea is best brewed using the Gongfu tea method, which emphasizes precise control of water temperature to enhance its aroma and flavor. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
